REFUND POLICY
You may request for a refund anytime before your item ships. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Any International orders sent outside the United States or orders with custom sizing are NOT illegible for returns / refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original packaging contents, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at lelegacycrafting@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Return shipping must be paid by the customer. Upon receiving returned item, you will receive a refund for the product only. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like International orders (sent outside the U.S.) or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges unless your item got damaged during transit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SHIPPING POLICY
USPS PRIORITY ONLY
I only offer USPS priority shipping as I have had bad experience with first class in the past and they don't issue the buyer or seller if the package is lost.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please make sure you input the correct address on Shopify. You may contact me to change address if the item has not been shipped yet. However, if the item is sent to the wrong address and sent back to me. I am willing to ship it out again with any corrections however the buyer must pay for the new shipping label. Other wise I can issue a refund for the item but not the shipping.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
In the case where the item is lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS office and talk to them on where it could be. If lost or stolen please file a report with your local USPS office to get a refund from them. I cannot issue a refund for the item if it is lost or stolen.
